As the latest Interstate Recruitment Consultant, Steph joins the Innovative Talent Group after trading her cabin crew uniform for a more grounded role, but she still brings a sense of adventure and care to her work. After navigating the skies, she’s now focused on navigating the job market, helping dynamic professionals find their next career challenge. Her background in high-pressure situations and exceptional service skills are now directed towards matching the right candidates with our real estate clients—minus the turbulence and with plenty of enthusiasm.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie’s new co-pilot is her adorable puppy, who keeps her entertained with endless energy and a wagging tail. Whether she’s sourcing top talent or enjoying a game of fetch, Stephanie’s dedication and passion shine through. She’s excited to support our clients and candidates alike, ensuring that every connection is as smooth as a well-planned flight path and as joyful as a puppy’s wagging tail.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work I find myself spending time exercising. From walking my dog Benji to going to Gym/Pilaties

Spending time with friends and family, Reading, Beach visits

Atomic Habits- Currently reading this book about learning how to create new positive habits and ensuring they stick

Seeing my parents’ travel photos

Shopping. I love to go shopping from clothes to makeup and anything in between

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A Pilot

What’s your ideal way to spend your weekends?
Going to watch local footy matches to support my friends along with my Partner and dog Benji. Nice dinners with my family or partner
